Not free money, since it has to be repaid down the track, interest free, but it never hurts to have extra cash up front. The best thing about the project is that everyone is fully supportive including the Canadian authorities and First Nations people and wanting this to be a success, as I'm sure it will be. Rare earths demand can only grow over this decade, especially as Western countries seek independence of supply away from China. I'm still confident we'll reach 10c later this year.
