    Quite surprised that it is not trading higher than this post NEGI news. I suspect it will stay under 25 cents until AEP offer is done, or price will be kept down so that's the AEP share purchase offer is taken up, which should be 30 days away? Buy the 13% odd now and sell to AEP at 25 cents seems like a pretty good deal. Does anyone know when the AEP will close - ie share registry record date?
