Why do you think it is having no impact on the SP though? From what i understand this pipeline significantly increases the value of AJQ's land through opening up a convenient way to get gas to different markets which we know ill need it in the near future. Yes it is still a number of years until the pipeline will be operational (which is why i think most people aren't jumping on bored yet) but it doesn't make sense to me that this news would have little to no impact on SP let alone the thought of a sell off.
