Don't understand what your talking about with director buying issues - the recent transaction was exercising options and I dont think there will be any insider trading issues. On the other hand having the directors taking up a stake aswell as having insto buying shows alot of positive signs. I agree that a good deal will be transformational for the company and the SP could definately skyrocket. I have been buying and will buy more on any dips down leading upto annoucnement. Dont think holders need to worry at the delays. IMO its just telstra taking their time and doing things inefficiently like always!
