Well, AZK went from 5c to 60c over similar news so let's see what Mr Market thinks.
Now NXR will be 100% tech so the mining assets are certaintly toast. New board, all techy. Expect name change and so forth. I don't think the new board will come cheap. Expect high salaries.
Will be more shares on issue but it will be the same. 250m shares and 51% and now 500m shares with 100% ownership. All depends on how much value someone will put on the remaining 49%.
The higher it goes the better the cap raising and the better Wentworth and everyone looks so I would expect quite a bit of ramping.
Hopefully we will see AZK style trading but I would be surprised if that occurs.
