Why would the big global players want to deal with a new technology developed in some bloke's backyard that's half owned by a mining company?

To me it shows that potential clients have an interest in exploring the technology further, but want to be dealing with a supplier of substance.

This move will also give WBT shareholders the option to capitalise on their involvement once the escrow conditions are met.

And I think we'll find that there will be a name change and NXR will become WBT.
