Great Announcement. This is what i was hoping since i invested in NXR from Jan 2015 and kept increasing my holding by trading 50% of my holdings.

Not saying we gona be richer overnight but having shareholders of the company now secures 100% of the unique patented product, it's just good to be on board for long term.

Despite CR and total number of shares + Options, NXR is still lot cheaper than other tech peers. Also, having success road show in America and strong Asian partners on board, all we need is couple of good contract signed by major customers and I am sure they are coming to market in next few months.

I believe 50M shares at 10c will be offered and so 10c will now become strong support for long term. In short term we might see couple of bumpy rides but FA has become the strongest since NXR step into WBT (being a partner).
