Even if the appeal is successful cant see Nendo ever getting to the mining stage especially since relations have soured between the community and PBX. Brings back memories of Lynas and the battle they had in Malaysia which almost made them go broke.
Thought they might have mentioned the WA project somewhere in the announcement, hopefully they are looking at other projects in the background.
Its probably the fastest 40% capital loss i have encountered on the share market.
