    Nothing to worry about in my opinion. Upward trend definitely has formed. Higher highs... higher lows. I actually prefer to see a steady climb as opposed to a "sudden" rerate (makes for a more stable base).

    Still WELL WELL WELL undervalued compared to gxy in my opinion... Ill keep accumulating in the meantime.
    My guess is 2 - 6 months till we see the prices want....
