There are way too many board members with no skin in the game. They have run this company with too many projects too far from revenue and assumed the market would always be positive and support them. It has been negligent and naive of them to think market sentiment doesn't fluctuate. I am reminded of Warren Buffet saying "when the tide goes out you can see who is swimming naked" The NMT board sure has been caught with their pants down.
I have been here since RDR days. I blame myself for letting loyalty blind me to the signs that were there for the prudent investor to be cautious.
