I think I'll participate in the CR. I didn't on the last one at 19 cents. My AVG is 25 cents I believe ATM so I'll be happy to see some return one day.
I think it's hard if you brought into the nmt, win, and Ril story if you didn't take profits or got in at the wrong time.

It will be nice to see this plant built and online for testing and see if any of those clients on the books are still around.
