Yep I was aware of the retail component to come. It just read from the presentation that they were hoping to raise 9 mill first with institutional and sophisticated investors prior to opening to retail. I would assume retail gets its own prospectus as it doesn't open till 21st of October.
If the Soph and Insto component was over subscribed rather than under that makes a difference.
In this case I would be very happy to be wrong Resilient.
It wouldn't be the first or the last time my comprehension skills failed me.
