What point are you trying to make?
It doesn't matter if they spin it out or not, they'd have to raise capital to progress it anyway? Dilution occurs regardless.
I think the market is currently completely ignoring the Ti/Va resource on NMT. The theory is that it the IPO of NewCo would bring in capital that is interested in that asset but does not care much for the Li resources or hydroxide plant development etc
