Back in 2018 (8th May ASX release worth a read) when they had revised the 2C Resource for Neon from 75 to 55 mmbbls, they had moved the OWC up from a sub-surface Depth of 1915m to 1890m. So that reduced the overall gross rock volume. Majority of the Cretaceous sands at the 2C level were factored in below the oil water leg at the flank location. They've used 70m net Paleocene sand for Ech-1.So 25m netpay downdip at Neon-1 & connectivity bodes well, else they wont b bothering with drilling the nxt control well. They need fluid samples to establish the oil quality (ie 39 API & a Gas oil ratio ~700 scf/bbl). Additional reservoir data (from core & log analysis) as well as fluid & pressure will help narrow down the final 2C resource & their future plans for stand alone or tie back to Bauna.
