And currently has around $50million soon to have $100million in cash....

That other low ball offer was a misfire didnt AIM at the right company..this offer values Meo at just 1.3cents per share...the only thing it will achieve is to have the Market value Meo at this 1.3cents....for awhile...

meo shareholders just have to have some more patience.....dont get bullied to sell for 1.3cents.
