I think this bit has been overlooked, especially with NI apparently suggesting drilling on Hawkins would be in the second half of the year.

Hawkins scheduled to be drilled in as little as 6 weeks, this is big news at these prices, would expect more and continued interest here in the leadup to drills arriving on site.
