Hi onyx it is quite plane to me chandler is not in the tender game,prob a school teacher lol,or on mars.I am in a
situation where i tender to very very large departments
and because my company can perform and often in tight time frames, as our track record has showen tenders are ajusted so as only one mine would be conforming,this makes it easy for the project manager and clerk of works, as the tender is not awarded on price alone, but on past performance, i think chandler has identified who is naive. cheers
