I am sure that the biggest shareholder in NMS would have already known these pending announcements when they made their TO offer. Not news to them. They would have had good vibes from BP already. Just penning the deal to be done.
Of course I could be wrong and there was no insider info. hahaha that is why the Pratt Trust bought 20 million shares at around 2.5cts just before the takeover offer. Don't tell me they didn't know what was coming.
