Screwing holders? Hardly!! All the milestones vesting are fantastic. Completely aligned to shareholders wealth creation. Most companies would issue zero priced options to incentivise. It’s hardly going to work if you set performance targets that need to be hit to release equity with little or no value. Means nothing that it is done at 5c and not 10c.
hopefully this does what it’s designed to do... locks in some key employees and aligns them to the outcomes of hitting the performance milestones.
I am always wary of what small companies do immediately after a share price spike... but I can honestly say I have zero issues with this.
