Looks like these guys have lost their way.
Supposedly their philosophy is to deliver high conviction portfolios with above market returns.
Sure, the dividend yield is 6.8%, but at the expense of negative capital growth.
Gross yield is negative over the past 1 year, 3 year , 5 year and 10 year horizons.
Just sold my 150,000 shares and have put the money in term deposit where there is no management fee.
Why pay a management fee to someone who consistently delivers negative returns!
