That's a very good point. I haven't studied this particular LIC but I am also stuck (invested) in another similar LIC where we get dividends and capital growth doesn't exist (negative) which makes me to exit that LIC but only after i collect all my principal invested in the company back in the form of Dividend and then I will sell it at the time I was going to make higher capital growth in another shares so i can offset the loss in same financial year.
there is no point selling that stock at the moment as they have 1.5 year worth reserve so there is time to get back as much capital as possible before i sell it.
mostly, LIC that gives moderate capital growth plus dividend are low in dividend yield.
