More than they're currently doing - which at the moment seems to be nothing beyond running the fund. No recurring on-market buy-back in place - their effectiveness may be ambiguous but to not have one adds no buying pressure. The 5pc off market buy back was nice, seemed to have some effect reducing discount but limited in scale and a one-off so far.
Unless there's something big like a substantial shareholder lobbying or a restructure/ wind up i can't see the discount closing in the short term.
Possible that a stretch of outperformance could help but it also might go unnoticed by the market.
