I don't think share price is real important when it comes to a shell. The market cap is still pretty low. I'm no expert but my understanding is that the best shell is a clean one. This is about as clean as they come - only one investment which is just about worthless. If an RTO is done into BTC I think they would find a way to drop the Sensear holding in a heartbeat. They'd get barely anything, but it would just be a fire sale to get rid of it. LBY has just done some similar stuff. RTO of a tech company. Got rid of their last few mining tenements for $1000 cash. I reckon there would be a few more zeros on that if it weren't for the fact that they just want them gone so they can get on with their new business.
All just my opinion of course.
