OK it would be great if the Board would give some guidance on the earnout.
We either get $0.00 or the full $8,900,000 (Subject to CGT)
Effectively, current NTA after tax is $4.0172 if the full earnout is achieved this will change to $4.232/share
Add the Franking credits and WOW!!!
So I am unsure what Dany and LC are trying to do????
