Its not coming back. The $0.33 NTA is the $7M worth of FX currency notes held at JBL and they are also being claimed by Partners For Growth so the NTA could in fact be $0 if PFG is found to be the owner. Its going to be an expensive, drawn-out legal battle to see who gets the FX currency notes.
There is no chance BHD will come back trading on market until the ownership of the notes is sorted, these notes are pretty much the only material asset BHD has.
