Our government's lack of effective action in this matter has made me somewhat bitter and cynical so I'm going to spare everyone a lengthy rant and just keep it short and to the point:

The expensive lesson is: ASIC does not have your back, so invest your money accordingly.

The best way to think about the money that you've already poured into BHD is that it's gone. If you do happen to get anything back courtesy of the efforts of the few brave souls that are continuing to fight for what's fair for us all, treat it as a bonus and consider putting a percentage of it back into the fighting fund.
