    Management and Performance fees usually create a SP discount to NTA. Looking at a number of LICs, discounts for performance fees can create a 10% + discount to NTA.
    Also, the NTA is calculated monthly so the ups and downs since are impossible to imagine. Uncertainty about this would also impact the discount unless there has been a strong month.
