I finally purchased some TEK yesterday for exactly that reason. Without going into tiny detail, Afterpay shares were about $12 at the end of December, when TEK's NAV was 25c; today Afterpay shares are about $16 and the other TEK holdings are stable or positive in most cases.
At an entry price of 21c I think TEK has some headroom to appreciate in the short term, just so that the SP can catch up with the NAV. In the future of course it is just a bet on the future of Technology shares, but TEK appears to have some intelligent management and stock picking skills.
