The buyer at 92c was there before open this morning. The NTA release came just before the bell yesterday. I'd say someone had a longstanding buy order at 92c and didn't see the release or they would have cancelled it. That kind of thing seems to happen a lot in these illiquid LICs.
I wonder if you can short-sell a LIC? Would have been a good opportunity to pick up 3% in a few hours.
