If APT continues to rise one would hope that TEK has a chance of moving up. However, APT has surged today and yesterday, i.e. in April, so it won't be included in the next NTA to come out, frustratingly.
As for illiquidity, today's a great example - a single small trade moved the stock 7%
"Hey guys want to invest in this fund... great returns... and a bid/ask spread of just 7%"
