If you have actually spoken with one or more directors who have claimed they can do nothing.
You should be letting ASIC know and naming names. Any director who is under pressure from whom ever whether it be a fellow director or not, should themselves be contacting ASIC.
If you don't act on such information I would suggest you are full of it or under some pressure yourself to write such garbage.
