I am the last person to support Evans Dixon but the run up in NTA and distributions out of essentially these US based PE funds was well anticipated.
I even looked to buy in March and April as there was a huge discount to NTA.
My mail is that there is a huge pile of cash sitting in US funds looking for a home, especially with zero interest rates. The rise of SPAC's is also a sign of the amount of cash looking for new investments.
I think it was smart money getting in ahead of the inevitable upwars correction in the share prices of CD1, CD2 and CD3.
