Easy. The buyback of CD1 and CD2 is closing the gap by mopping up some of the supply each day.
No buyback for CD3 = still a crazy discount.
A better question might be why are CD1 & CD2 buying back but not CD3? Possibly because CD3 is still in capital commitment phase (not sure) but I would still argue it's a compelling purchase if you were the Portfolio Manager. Obviously more so than for CD1 & CD2...
(I certainly topped up my CD3 holding on some weakness this week!)
