The point is well made that with 8% cash you cannot beat the market unless the portfolio is then performing above the market return. In fact, if you applied the market growth on the 8% then it would be spot on small-cap return for January. So I am happy it has bucked the trend that some held - the view that they could not get it going the right way. Yes, its a sample of one month but I think that you have to consider all that has been going on.

Maybe with no ECL and BHD - I think winding down, and the portfolio reorganisation all happening it may well be turning the corner - who knows but I think it's outrageous to have something with NTA at $1.00 trading at 81c. It is what it is so we just have to suck it up. I hope we will see an annual dividend of no more than 3c so that they can at least grow our asset...

Was a party to the webinar and thought that was one of the more interesting as well.
