My comment on merging was as a way of unwinding at least some of the discount given the "outrageous" discount. Otherwise given scale there is a good chance discount will exist for a very long time.
Yes, am aware of URB as I held. Arguably TOT buying reduced the discount it had been trading at.
PGF is a large holding for me given the discount. I like the management style, their assets, and think the discount makes it great value for part of my style.
