There's definitely a story for a journalist here, but at what cost? How do you tell this particular story to the general public when even the shareholders can't speak freely and openly in a public forum about what's really happening? For any journalist to tell this story in its simplest form would surely invite legal action from certain lawyered up individuals. Even if an individual journalist is willing to write about what's happening here, their employer may not be willing to deal with the ensuing legal action.
