Right now I could imagine Stu and co would be manufacturing a reason to be #1 in the order of creditors to take all assets in a VA by stating they are owed a kazillion dollars.

Normally I'd consider such a theory too insane to get passed ASIC or the ASX.

But right now I am pretty sure EVERYthing gets past ASIC and the ASX.
