I've looked at PGF, yes you are right it is trading at a discount. But that is most likely due to it not having any runs on the board and never paying a dividend. Understand it has only been listed since December 2013.
The most attractive part of PMC for me was that it has been successfully achieving outstanding returns and paying dividends for the past 15 years. However I will consider the unlisted option now.
