Just got an email request from TEK to register my residency under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) . If TEK were not paying a dividend this would not be necessary . SO I think it looks like they will pay a small dividend this upcoming reporting season . Hope this is the case as share price will then move ahead .
