I agree with both of your obs. definitely not kosher. I think it disingenuious for the board to ann a B/B and then not do it but watch as the 'largest shareholder increases its holding. He has been buying all the time and nothing is effecting the nta closing. Of course if they are bought on market the shares are not being cancelled.
I bought a small parcel when buy ann. expecting some movement but looks like Alex has other plans.
