    and you have to wonder how the directors satisfy themselves that they are acting in the shareholders interests. The Lic has a circa 40 percent discount due to woeful communication, a lack of buy back and some of the highest fees in the LIC universe. Also, this is part of the WAR portfolio- you have to wonder why old man Wilson isn’t doing more.
