Ann: Net Tangible Asset Backing March 2024 with commentary, page-5

I have been a long term holder of TEK but my faith is being severely tested. I too feel like it may be time to wind up the fund due to the poor performance and the large discrepancy in the share price to the NTA backing. Owning 2 other funds that are also actively buying back shares to narrow the gap between the share price and the NTA, all are finding its not working. I wonder if this is a viable solution. I realize small caps and technology have been out of favor and we are encouraged to hang on but maybe it is time to have mercy on the shareholders.
