Im embarrassed that I work in the same industry that allows the kind of lax corp governance and corporate oversight from supposed regulators; ASIC/ASX to support the transformation of a good company to a cash shell..lining the pockets of directors who ARE the CONTROLLING shr holders. Utter, utter disgrace.
