It was a risky oil and gas play in Vietnam and management rolled the dice on the company and lost which in turn cost us some profitable fields in the US which we sold.
I don't want to waste my time trying to explain but they had made money on some of their plays and then got out of depth with an oil and gas multi national.
The only thing that remains of NEON as it was known is the name and 20 odd million of which will soon be lining the pockets of neither you or me. You because you don't own any and me because I will hang around until the death.
