It's my understanding that it falls within the included assets you can buy remember APT was okay as well until that got too large. I like it - I have long said that you need to have some interesting stocks and HIL and BKW are both interesting at the moment. I looked at BKW presentation on the industry in the USA and it was very interesting if they do act as part of the consolidation process they are good operators they may just surprise us.
The definition of small caps actually is a lot larger than we actually think.
