    EDC last trade at $1.07 offering a grossed up yield, circa 9.5%. NTA at 31/10 was $1.10 so the share is trading at a 3c discount to NTA.

    Dividend hungry investors might have let this one slip under the radar. Unlikely to drop 30% like some big bank shares. Worth investigating as an alternative to bank interest. EDC is basically a bond proxy.
