IXJ ishares s&p global healthcare

by the way ive been reading up the blackrock IXJ site, it says...

    by the way ive been reading up the blackrock IXJ site, it says when you do your tax return your dividends will have to be declared as "international" income, as they are in US$, could someone please explain to me that's done their tax returns, do tax agents know how to do this, when you tell them you own IXJ and you tell them you got dividends but they are in US$, is it easy for the agent to figure this out?
