DUI has an MER of only 0.13% so I don't know why you would be worried about fees....
personally I see huge advantages in having 10% of the portfolio in international ETFs, in particular sectoral ETFs. eg they have owned Ishares global Healthcare index and Vanguard international Technology index. This is much more appealing to me and potentially more rewarding than being restricted to only owning CSL and Ramsay , like the other LICs do.
