I wouldnt say they have performed badly or even not well. The nta is 94c the market itself has performed worse than that. They have outperformed the benchmark slightly. And remember they have to allocate for the defender part.

What has performed badly of course is the share price, i think that is the lack of confidence in the market and the fact that this is a new fund.

Hopefully a good dividend yield for the fund itself to come in in the next couple of months, what we get as a divi remains to be seen.
