Management fee and expenses add up to north of 4% p/a and the NTA is a notional estimate. It is anybody's guess what the market will pay if and when they sell any of the incubated businesses. I don't think there will be any dividends for a few years given that any profits go straight back into business investment. This stock is a dark one.
